About me

Theresa Cho L.Ac.Dipl Om, MSOM

Your compassionate guide on your journey to holistic healing and wellness.

Both personal experience and years of clinical practice have shaped how I work. I understand how vulnerable it can feel to seek care during periods of transition, uncertainty, or stress, and I strive to create an environment where people feel seen, steadied, and respected. My approach is gentle and individualized, guided by careful listening and an appreciation for the body’s natural rhythms.

While many people initially seek care for fertility support, my practice extends across all stages of women’s health, including hormonal and menstrual imbalances, PMOS (formally PCOS), endometriosis, IVF support, pregnancy & postpartum recovery, perimenopause, menopause, stress & anxiety, insomnia, digestive health, and pain. I view the body as an interconnected whole, where supporting one system often allows others to shift naturally.

I have completed advanced training in women’s health and fertility and have worked closely with fertility specialists and reproductive endocrinologists throughout the Denver metro area. I continue to collaborate alongside Western medical care and offer onsite acupuncture support for embryo transfer days at select fertility clinics.

I remain committed to ongoing study in reproductive and women’s health through medical journals, university based continuing education, and integrative educational resources focused on fertility, hormones, and women’s health. This continued learning helps me thoughtfully integrate classical Chinese medicine with modern evidence informed care.

In addition to clinical practice, I enjoy educating women on hormonal health and life transitions through community and corporate wellness talks. As a member of The Menopause Society, I am especially passionate about supporting women through perimenopause and menopause with thoughtful, integrative care.

I earned my Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, Colorado and am nationally board certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine.

Fluent in Spanish, I am passionate about making Chinese medicine accessible, respectful, and empowering for diverse communities.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son, and two Chow Chows, finding joy in family, connection, and the simple moments that help keep life in balance.
